Our Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-3 days for processsing.
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided no changes can be made to the order. If the shipping address that was provided is incorrect and returned, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for new shipping. Once shipped, please understand that packages are now out of my control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please reach out to me and I will do what I can to help.
Our Return Policy
Unfortunately returns/exchanges are not accepted, this is due to sanitary reasons. Once an order ships all sales are final However, if you are unsatisfied with your product please contact me and I will be happy to discuss your concerns.
